Newell Place is a friendly maintenance-free residential community located in Glenmont, New York, within the Town of Bethlehem in Albany County. Our neighborhood includes 40 single-family homes set on 53.9 acres, offering a spacious setting with a balance of homes and natural surroundings.
An additional unique feature of Newell Place is its environmentally thoughtful stormwater management system. Twenty-nine homes are served by small bio-retention areas, commonly known as rain gardens. These gardens are designed to manage stormwater naturally while enhancing the beauty of the neighborhood and supporting local environmental health. In addition, Newell Place utilizes two acres for storm water management deeded to the Town of Bethlehem.
